MODERN MATERIAL CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

Our company has two water jets, which we use for precise cutting of materials. This technology allows us to implement cooperation orders in short terms and at favourable prices. Waterjet products are used in a wide range of industries, including engineering, construction, advertising, electrical engineering, light industry, and interior and exterior design.

WORKPLACE TECHNICAL PARAMETERS (2 MACHINES):

Cutting width: 0.9 – 1.5 mm for abrasive jet

Cutting accuracy: up to ± 0.2 mm

Cutting speed of the beam: from 1 mm to 20,000 mm per minute depending on the material and thickness

The largest surface dimension of the material: 2,000 x 6,000 mm or 2,500 x 4,000 mm

Thickness of cut material: 0.5 – 180.0 mm

CUTS WITHOUT MECHANICAL OR THERMAL STRAINING

Waterjet cutting ensures that the material is not thermally or mechanically affected, which significantly extends its life and preserves quality.

PRECISION AND CLEANNESS OF THE CUT

Thanks to the high precision of the cut (up to ± 0.2 mm), the resulting parts can be used immediately without the need for further processing.

MINIMAL WASTE

Waterjet cutting generates minimal waste, making it an environmentally friendly alternative to other techniques.
