EXPERIENCED TEAM OF INSPECTORS FOR FLAWLESS RESULTS
Our company emphasizes high quality in every step of the production process. An experienced team of inspectors regularly monitors quality and adherence to standards at all workplaces. All our products are manufactured with careful attention to detail, regarding the strict standards.
THOROUGH CHECKS INCLUDE:
DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENTS:
We use calibrated analogue and digital gauges, bore gauges, depth gauges, micrometres and height gauges to ensure accuracy.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING OF WELD JOINTS:
We use the penetration (PT) method in accordance with ČSN EN 3452-1 and visual inspection of welds according to ČSN EN ISO 17637.
SURFACE ROUGHNESS MEASUREMENT:
We carry out measurements to guarantee optimal surface quality.
HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE TESTS:
To ensure that all products withstand pressure conditions in accordance with the requirements.
Externally, we also provide non-destructive testing of weld joints by X-ray (RT) and ultrasound (UT) for comprehensive quality assurance. Your trust in our products is our priority.
