HORIZONTAL GRANULATOR PHARMIX HG-2
In May, we completed the implementation of the project: horizontal granulator PHARMIX HG-2 in ATEX design. Design and production according to 2014/34/EU, ČSN EN ISO 8079-36: 2016, ČSN EN ISO 8079-37:2016, ČSN EN 1127-1: 2012 and PHARMIX manual: “QUALITY MANUAL IN THE MANUFACTURE OF EQUIPMENT FOR EXPLOSIVE ATMOSPHERE”. Furthermore, according to the standards ČSN 332340 ed.2 “Electrical equipment in an environment with a risk of fire or explosion of explosives”.
DESIGNED FOR APPLICATIONS:
Granulation of mixtures of organic and inorganic substances (explosive compositions) that are used as gas generators for airbags in the automotive industry, for example gas generator NKGP-3
MATERIAL:
- material in contact with the product: stainless steel 1.4301 (SISI 304L)
- inner surface polished to a roughness of Ra 0.2 µm
- the outer surface is in unified look with the roughness of Ra of 1.6 µm
- sieve mesh 1 mm and 0.71 mm – sieve with a reinforcing frame
- drive gearbox NORD SK12, 1.1 kW Eex
- Pt 100 sensors for sensing the heating of the bearings of the cage
- blowing of seals, pressure regulator, pressure sensor
