Completion of production of 60KPVDF process tanks for ELMARCO s.r.o.
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the production of two specialised 120-litre process tanks for our long-standing partner, ELMARCO s.r.o. These devices were designed and manufactured with an emphasis on high safety, precision and specific customer requirements, particularly with regard to the processing of polymer materials in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Key technical parameters and modifications:
- Working volume: 120 litres
- Construction: shortened tank height, conical hopper with DN100 flap
- Material design: all seals made of PTFE (exceptionally FFKM/Kalrez), screw connections sealed with Teflon tape and INDROFILET paste
- Safety features: internal stops, flap position sensors, drip tray
- ATEX environment: equipment designed for operation in zones 1/21 (indoor) and 2/22 (outdoor)
- Processed substances: PVDF SOLEF 1015 (powder, St1, Kst 28 m/s), polymer
- Inertisation: the interior of the tank will be inertised with an overpressure of approx. 0.03 bar
The equipment was delivered with all necessary technical and safety documentation, such as a declaration of conformity, ATEX certificate, operating and maintenance instructions, and pressure test report. This allows the customer to immediately operate the equipment safely in accordance with legislative requirements.
This order is further proof of our ability to adapt to specific customer requirements and deliver equipment that meets the most stringent safety and quality standards.
