Project objectives
The goal of the project is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of the employees with the financial support of the European Union and thus ensure compliance of their qualifications and competences with the requirements for the work activities performed.

The main goal of the project is the professional growth of the employees so that the company can better adapt to the emerging needs of the market. The main benefit is achieving a higher degree of organizational flexibility in the workforce.
The content of the project is the implementation of general and professional educational activities, which are aimed at strengthening and expanding of knowledge, skills and competences. A well-thought-out composition of educational activities, which are oriented towards the target groups with clearly defined needs, will be implemented gradually, especially in the face-to-face form of education. Attention will also be paid to employees over 54 years of age, 19 of whom are involved in the project. The involvement of employees will contribute to increase their commitment in the work process. A partial goal of the project is also to increase the quality of production, streamline production procedures and reduce nonconformities. These goals should be achieved by increasing and expanding the qualifications of employees in production.
